Hiring Event Details:

  • Dates/Times: Tuesday, December 7th (10am - 4pm) OR Wednesday, December 8th (1pm - 7pm)
  • Location: 2560 Renaissance Blvd, King of Prussia, PA

What to Expect/How to Prepare for Hiring Event:

  • Face masks are always required.
  • Interviews are not scheduled ahead of time (unless you've previously spoken with a recruiter) so stop by anytime on the date of choice between the hours listed.
  • Candidates will be interviewed in the order they arrive.
  • Candidates are required to complete and pass a basic computer skills assessment as the first step in the interview process.
  • In some cases, candidates will be interviewed by 2-3 RCA employees, so please be prepared to be at the event for approximately 30-60 minutes.

Intake Coordinator Job Benefits:

  • Eligible for bonus compensation after first 2-3 months of employment. You can make up to $62K in your first 12 months with high quality of calls and accuracy of documentation.

Intake Coordinator Job Details:

The Intake Coordinator (also referred to as Associate Treatment Advisor) works in the heartbeat of Recovery Centers of America (RCA), our Mission Center. The Addiction Treatment Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for someone looking for help for themselves, a loved one, or current patient. They call 1-800-RECOVERY and you’re there with empathy, creativity, high-spirits, and a drive to find help for the person in need within one of RCA’s addiction treatment facilities and/or provide resources that will help someone work towards a healthy life in recovery.

 

Addiction doesn’t stop and neither does our Mission Center. We’re here 24/7.

  • Day Shift (must be able to work both weekend days)
  • Night Shift (3:30pm – midnight + at least one weekend day)
  • Upcoming Start Dates: insert if available

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Promptly receives and processes inbound interactions via phone, email, chat &/or social media channels & answers general questions, triages calls, &/or provides resources and information upon request of the contact
  • Comforts, motivates, & inspires potential patients to accept help and successfully intervenes, as needed
  • Pre-screens patients for treatment, identifying psychosocial, mental health & medical issues
  • Ensures intake documentation is accurate
  • Assesses facility & bed availability based on patient needs and schedules logistics for admissions
  • Verifies insurance, processes payment, schedules the patient at the facility, & prepares patient for their recovery journey

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of professional experience in customer service, healthcare, or sales (previous experience in an intake or admissions environment preferred but not mandatory!)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience preferred
