Overview:
On Sunday, June 27th at 1pm at the RCA at St. Charles Campus, 41W400 Silver Glen Rd, St. Charles, IL 60175, outdoors on the softball diamond, the Alumni Association is hosting our June alumni event: Bags, Burritos, and Boomboxes! Parking is located in the lot behind the cafeteria. You will see the softball field on your right. If this lot is full, extra parking can be found behind the gym. If you are lost or can’t find the parking lot, call Scott on his work cell phone (630) 318-6019.
Food will be provided via the Alumni Association. Chipotle Catering will be provided for the appropriate number of guests who make reservations. A bags tournament will be held for any interested participants. RCA at St. Charles has four bags boards and enough bean bags for both setups. A large foam board will hold the tournament bracket. Winners of the tournament will receive two trophies. A wireless speaker will be used for music during the tournament and food requests will be accommodated.
In order to attend, you must register for the event so the Alumni Coordinator can order the appropriate amount of food. This event is for adults only (18+) - no children or pets. Come with an awesome bags team name and a teammate if you can find one before the event. Last-minute team assembly is allowed. Also, let Scott know if you have song requests ahead of time so he can put together a playlist!
Note—Feel free to email Scott ([email protected]) with your preferred choice of protein from Chipotle. The two or three most popular choices will be represented. If nobody says anything, then we’re going with chicken and barbacoa with guac for the veggiesaurs out there. Vegetarian/vegan options will be accommodated.
